Sweet Sour Country Style Ribs
|Country style ribs||1⁄3 Pound|
|Black pepper/Flavor salt /pizza seasoning||To Taste|
|Ketchup||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Pineapple jam/Fine shred marmalade||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|French dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
Rub a generous amount of pepper and flavor salt into the lean surfaces of the meat and place fat side up in a shallow, lightly oiled bake pan.
Roast at 375F for 30 minutes and turn.
Brush with a mixture of the remaining ingredients and bake at 325F for 2 hours, turning and brushing with the sauce every 20 minutes.
Add a few tablespoons water to the pan during cooking if necessary.
Slice and serve with whipped sweet potatoes and creamed Brussels sprouts.
