Pineapple Glazed Fruit

Ingredients
  Peeled sliced banana 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Purple plums 2 , pitted and sliced
  Fresh pineapple chunks 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Unsweetened pineapple juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Layer banana slices, plum slices, and pineapple chunks in a shallow l1/2-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with brown sugar; drizzle pineapple juice over fruit.
Sprinkle cinnamon evenly over fruit.
Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
