|Purple plums||2 , pitted and sliced|
|Fresh pineapple chunks||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1 Teaspoon|
|Unsweetened pineapple juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Layer banana slices, plum slices, and pineapple chunks in a shallow l1/2-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with brown sugar; drizzle pineapple juice over fruit.
Sprinkle cinnamon evenly over fruit.
Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
