Pineapple Cornish Hen
|Pineapple preserves||2 Teaspoon|
|Tomato puree||1 Tablespoon|
|Onion powder||1 Dash|
|Garlic powder||1 Dash|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Dash|
Mix pineapple preserves, tomato puree, sugar, onion power, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and salt to make a sauce.
Put chicken in a baking dish, pour sauce over and Microwave 4 minutes on high.
Turn chicken over and spoon the liquid from the dish over it.
Microwave 4 more minutes on high.
Measure the internal temperature of the chicken by inserting a cooking thermometer in the thickest part of the chicken.
Micro wave until the thermometer reads 185 degrees.
