Ingredients
  Pineapple chunks 20 Ounce, drained (Featherweight Water Packed)
  Chopped ice 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mint extract 1 Dash
  Mint sprigs 6
Directions

Combine all ingredients except the mint sprigs in a blender.
Blend at high speed until finely crushed.
