Pistachio Pineapple Roll Up
|Roll up recipe||1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Recipe)|
|Sugar free instant pistachio pudding mix||4 Ounce|
|Skim milk||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Crushed pineapple in juice||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained|
Prepare the Basic Roll-Up Recipe.
Cool and unroll.
Put the pudding mix into a mixing bowl.
Add the skim milk and mix until the pudding is thick.
Beat in the pineapple.
Spread this filling evenly on the roll and roll up the cake, starting from the short end.
To start the rolling, lift the cake with the end of the towel.
Place the roll seam-side-down on a serving plate.
