Pineapples A L Orly is an amazingly delicious side dish which you will enjoy with your family and friends. If you loved it, do share it with your friends also!
  All purpose flour 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), sifted
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Melted butter 1 Tablespoon
  Pineapple slices 8 , patted as dry as possible (Each About 1/4 Inch Thick)
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)

Sift together dry ingredients.
Beat egg, milk, and butter.
Pour wet ingredients into flour mixture and stir until smooth.
Let sit 1 to 2 hours.
Preheat oil for deep frying to moderate temperature.
Coat the pineapple slices with the fritter batter and fry until they are golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally, about 1 minute.
