|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Salad oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated fresh ginger root/0.25 teaspoon ground ginger||1 Teaspoon|
|Canned pineapple slices||20 Ounce, drained (1 No.2 Can)|
For the sauce, combine first 9 ingredients.
Score the frankfurters on the bias and broil slowly, turning and basting often with the sauce, till hot through and glazed.
