Frosted Pineapple Froth

Ingredients
  Light rum 3 Ounce, chilled
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Pineapple slice 3 , cut fine
  Cracked ice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

While chilling rum, also chill blender container, for everything has to be COLD.
Put everything, including ice, into chilled blender.
Blend to sherbet consistency.
Heap into chilled sherbet dishes.
Add sprig of mint (more mint may be blended with rum and all if you like.)
