Pimiento Yuna Pilaf
|Cooked rice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Tuna||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Diced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 , cut into strips|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||1⁄2 Ounce (Undrained)|
|Chopped pimiento||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Ground pepper||To Taste|
Cook rice according to package directions.
Cook onion, celery and green pepper in oil in a saucepan about 3 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients including cooked rice.
