Rice Pilaf With Mushroom

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned chicken broth 13 3⁄4 Ounce
  Mushroom stems and pieces 1 Can (10 oz) (Drained)
  Cooked rice 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)
  Parsley flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Place butter, onion and celery in a 2 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 3 to 5 minutes or until tender.
Stir in chicken broth and mushrooms.
Cover and microwave 5 to 6 minutes or until liquid comes to a boil.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed by the rice.
