|Long grain and wild rice mix||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Frozen peas||10 Ounce (1 Package, Use English Ones)|
|Cooked turkey||3 Cup (48 tbs), chopped|
|Toasted pine nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry sherry||2 Tablespoon|
|White wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Chicken broth||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Prepare rice mix according to package directions, set aside.
Cook peas according to package directions, drain well, and set aside.
Combine rice, peas, and remaining ingredients except cabbage, toss.
Serve hot or cold on cabbage leaves, if desired.
