Ham Pilaf Mold

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Basic molding rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Diced cooked ham 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cooked peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (English Peas)
  Canned crushed unsweetened pineapple 8 Ounce, well drained
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Ground allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Leaf lettuce 1
Directions

Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
Combine onion mixture, hot rice, and remaining ingredients except lettuce, stirring until blended.
Pack into an oiled 5-cup mold; let stand 5 minutes.
Invert onto lettuce-lined serving plate.
