Pine Nut Pilaf

This Pine Nut pilaf makes a delicious meal ! Try out this Pine Nut Pilaf and tell me if you've enjoyed it !
Ingredients
  Pine nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1⁄2 Medium, chopped
  Barley 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Chicken bouillon cubes 3
  Hot water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Saffron 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped pimiento 3 Tablespoon
Directions

In a medium saucepan, saute pine nuts in butter or margarine until lightly roasted.
Remove the pine nuts, and set aside.
Saute onion until nearly transparent.
Add barley, and saute until lightly browned.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water.
Add saffron.
Combine all ingredients in the saucepan, cover, and let simmer for 40 minutes or until tender.
