|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onions||2 Medium, chopped|
|Beef bouillon cubes||4|
|Rice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Buckwheat||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Barley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Millet||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sharp cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Pound, shredded|
|Canned mushrooms packed in liquid||8 Ounce|
|Slivered almonds||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Melt the butter or margarine in a skillet or medium saucepan.
Saute the chopped onions over medium heat.
Dissolve the bouillon cubes in hot water, and add to the chopped onions.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into 2quart casserole dish, and cover tightly.
Bake in a 325Â° F.
Oven for 1 hour or until tender.
Add additional water if necessary.
