Orange Pilaf

I feast on this Orange Pilaf everyday ! This Orange Pilaf is so tasty and appetizing. Try out this wonderful pilaf and tell me if you like it!
Ingredients
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange 1 , peeled, chopped
  Slivered almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In a large saucepan, cook celery and green onions in the butter or margarine over mediumhigh heat for 4 to 5 minutes.
Add the rice, and brown lightly, approximately 5 minutes.
Stir in orange juice, salt, and water.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Stir in orange pieces and almonds.
