Orange Pilaf

Ingredients
  Hulled millet 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oranges 2
  Sea salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped peanuts/Other nuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Raw honey 2 Tablespoon
  Orange 1
  Unrefined sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Rinse the millet.
Add orange juice and water to the millet and pour into a saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Add the salt.
Chop peanuts and raisins together.
Beat in honey, rind, orange juice, and oil.
Add this mixture to the cooked millet.
Toss.
Garnish with chopped pitted dates.
