Uncle Ben's Rice Pilaf
|Onion||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Rice||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Uncle Ben Original Converted Brand)|
|Chicken broth||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
1. Take a heavy saucepan and melt butter or margarine in medium -high heat.
2. Stir in onion and sautÃ©; add rice and sautÃ© until golden.
3. Stir in salt, chicken broth and pepper, and boil.
4. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
5. Serve Uncle Ben-€™s Rice Pilaf with salad.
