Uncle Ben's Rice Pilaf

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Rice 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Uncle Ben Original Converted Brand)
  Chicken broth 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a heavy saucepan and melt butter or margarine in medium -high heat.
2. Stir in onion and sauté; add rice and sauté until golden.
3. Stir in salt, chicken broth and pepper, and boil.
4. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.

SERVING
5. Serve Uncle Ben-€™s Rice Pilaf with salad.
