Bulgur Pilaf

Ingredients
  Bulgur 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Beef broth/Chicken broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Tomato 1 , chopped
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, put together bulgur, broth, tomato, onion, parsley and seasoning.
2) Put the lid on and simmer for 6 to 8 hours.
3) During cooking stir occasionally, to avoid top layer from drying.

SERVING
4) Serve hot sprinkled with chopped parsley if desired.
