Ingredients
  Chicken broth 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cracked wheat 2 Ounce, uncooked
  Cracked wheat 2 Ounce (Uncooked, Cracked Wheat)
  Carrot 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), shredded
  Scallions 2 Tablespoon, sliced (Green Onion)
  Green bell pepper To Taste, diced
  Finely diced celery 1 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped green bell pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

MAKING
2. Prepare a 1-quart casserole by spraying it with nonstick cooking spray
3. Combine all the ingredients and mix well
4. Pour them into the prepared casserole
5. Bake the bulgur till all the broth has been absorbed by the bulgur. This will take 25-30 minutes

SERVING
6. Serve hot immediately
