Rice Pilaf Vermicelli
|Vermicelli||50 Gram (1 Hank)|
|Rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Consomme||3 Can (30 oz)|
|Water||2 Can (20 oz)|
1) In a skillet preferably electric melt butter.
2) Crumble vermicelli in it and add rice.
3) Stir until vermicelli and rice browns together.
4) Gently pour consomme and water.
5) Cook covered in simmer for 30 minutes.
6) Before serving, heat held in electric skillet at warm temperature for 30 minutes or more.
7) Pass with chicken or beef.
