|Dried currants/Chopped raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pine nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pumpkin pie spice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vermicelli||1 Cup (16 tbs), broken in 1-inch pieces|
|Chicken broth||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)|
1.Fry the onions after heating the oil.
2.Put currants or raisins, pine nuts, pumpkin pie spice, rice, vermicelli and chicken broth to it and allow them to boil.
3.Once done, lower the flame and cook for 20 more minutes after putting the lid on.
4.Once the rice is soft, turn off the flame.
5.Serve after making the mixture light using a fork.
