|Rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1 1⁄4 Tablespoon|
|White raisins||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Salt||2 1⁄4 Tablespoon|
|Canned clear chicken broth||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Brown rice in margarine until golden in color, stirring as it browns.
Mix in curry powder, salt, raisins and broth, mixing well.
Cover and cook over low heat until rice is tender and all the broth has been absorbed.
Takes about 30 to 40 minutes.
