Ingredients
  Rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Curry powder 1 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  White raisins 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Margarine 6 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Canned clear chicken broth 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

Brown rice in margarine until golden in color, stirring as it browns.
Mix in curry powder, salt, raisins and broth, mixing well.
Cover and cook over low heat until rice is tender and all the broth has been absorbed.
Takes about 30 to 40 minutes.
