Rice Pilaf With Fresh Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Sliced mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Regular long grain rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Au jus gravy mix 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Melt butter in a 2 quart dutch oven.
Cook onion, mushrooms, and rice in butter 4-5 minutes.
Stir until rice is golden brown.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir to dissolve gravy mix.
Cover and bake in 350 degree oven 40 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
