Lemon Blueberry Pilaf

Ingredients
  Rice mixture 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Brown Long, Short, Sweet, Wild Rice, Your Choice)
  Quinoa 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Dried onion 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon blueberry granola 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Heaping, Nature'S Indulgence)
  Soy sauce 1 Dash (2 Tablespoon)
  Fresh black pepper To Taste
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Chicken broth 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a gentle simmer and cook 30 – 45 minutes. Or until desired consistency.
