Bulgur Pilaf

Ingredients
  Bulgur wheat 225 Gram
  Meat 250 Gram
  Fat 30 Gram
  Mutton stock 800 Milliliter
  Tomatoes 115 Gram
  Sultanas 10 Gram
  Garlic 5 Gram
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Heat fat. Fry finely chopped garlic and bulgur wheat for 6 to 8 minutes.
2. Fry meat pieces cut into small cubes and add to fried bulgur. Fry well.
3. Add mutton stock, sliced tomatoes, sultanas and salt.
4. Finish off as for rice pulao.
