Heart And Wheat Pilaf

Ingredients
  Veal heart/Beef heart 3 Pound, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  Beef bouillon 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Cracked wheat 6 Ounce (Bulgur)
  Chopped onion 6 Ounce
  Green peppers 2 Medium, seeded and chopped
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (to taste)
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon (to taste)
Directions

In saucepan simmer heart in water to cover, about 1 hour.
Drain.
Add remaining ingredients and cook about 1 hour or until heart is tender, adding water if necessary.
Divide evenly.
