Bulgur Rice Pilaf

Ingredients
  Water 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Bulgur wheat 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Carrot 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Long grain rice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Instant beef bouillon granules 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Celery seed 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

In a 1 1/2- or 2-quart saucepan combine water, bulgur, carrot, celery, onion, rice, bouillon granules, salt, celery seed, and pepper.
Bring to boiling, then reduce heat.
Cover and simmer about 20 minutes or till bulgur and rice are tender.
