|Onion||1 Small, thinly sliced|
|Diagonally sliced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salad oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Frozen mixed vegetables||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked rice||3 Cup (48 tbs) (Cooked Without Salt)|
|Canned tuna||13 Ounce, drained (2 Cans, 6 1/2 Ounce Each)|
|Canned water chestnuts||5 Ounce, sliced paper thin (1 Can)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In large heavy skillet, cook and stir onion and celery in hot oil until onion is tender.
Add vegetables and water; heat just to boiling.
Cover tightly and simmer 10 min., or until vegetables are tender.
Add remaining ingredients; stir gently until well mixed.
