Tuna Pilaf

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Small, thinly sliced
  Diagonally sliced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salad oil 1 Tablespoon
  Frozen mixed vegetables 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Cooked Without Salt)
  Canned tuna 13 Ounce, drained (2 Cans, 6 1/2 Ounce Each)
  Canned water chestnuts 5 Ounce, sliced paper thin (1 Can)
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In large heavy skillet, cook and stir onion and celery in hot oil until onion is tender.
Add vegetables and water; heat just to boiling.
Cover tightly and simmer 10 min., or until vegetables are tender.
Add remaining ingredients; stir gently until well mixed.
Heat through.
