Chicken Rice Pilaf
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Long grain rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chicken broth||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Set Power Select at HIGH.
ln 2-quart casserole dish, heat butter 1 minute or until melted; stir in rice.
Heat 2 to 3 minutes or until rice is browned, stirring once.
Add remaining ingredients and heat, covered, 4 to 5 minutes at HIGH.
Set Power Select at MEDIUM-LOW.
Heat, covered, 12 to 14 minutes or until rice is tender.
Let STAND, covered, 5 minutes.
