|Patty pan||8 Ounce, sliced (250 Grams)|
|Button mushrooms||6 Ounce, cut into quarters (185 Grams)|
|Red pepper||1 , chopped|
|Brown rice||14 Ounce, cooked (440 Grams Or 2 Cups)|
1. Heat oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, add onions and garlic and cook for 3 minutes or until onion is soft. Add broccoli, cauliflower, squash, mushrooms and red pepper and cook for 4-5 minutes or until vegetables are tender crisp.
2. Stir in rice and cook for 5 minutes longer or until rice is heated through.
