Fruited Rice Pilaf

Ingredients
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Precooked rice 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Fruit cocktail 8 3⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Bring 2/3 cup cold water and salt to boiling, covered. Remove from heat. Add the rice; let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
2. Fluff up rice with a fork. Gently toss with the fruit.
3. Reheat gently; toss with butter.
