Chicken And Plum Brown Rice Pilaf
|Chicken stock||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cooked brown rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned plums||8 , pitted and diced|
|No sugar added plum juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (From Canned Plums)|
|Pared potato||3 Ounce, cut into 1/2 inch dice|
In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except chicken.
Cover and simmer about 30 minutes or until potato is tender.
Add chicken and heat.
