Chicken And Plum Brown Rice Pilaf

Ingredients
  Chicken stock 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cooked brown rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned plums 8 , pitted and diced
  No sugar added plum juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (From Canned Plums)
  Pared potato 3 Ounce, cut into 1/2 inch dice
  Cinnamon 1 Dash
  Cumin 1 Dash
Directions

In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except chicken.
Cover and simmer about 30 minutes or until potato is tender.
Add chicken and heat.
Divide evenly.
