Ingredients
  Brown rice 12 Ounce (2 Cups Or 350 Gram)
  Chicken stock 12 Fluid Ounce (2 3/4 Cup Or 650 Milliliter)
  Diced cooked meat 8 Ounce (225 Gram)
  Banana 1 , sliced
  Red apple 1 , diced
  Green apple 1 , diced
  Peach 1 , peeled and sliced
  Lemon juice 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Cashew nuts 4 Ounce (3/4 Cup Or 100 Gram)
  Sultanas 2 Ounce (1/3 Cup Or 50 Gram Golden Raisins)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place the rice in a deep dish, add the hot stock (broth), cover and cook on high for 30-35 minutes. Let it stand, covered, for 10 minutes.
Toss the apples and banana in the lemon juice. Combine with the rest of the ingredients. Cover and cook on medium for 5 minutes.
