|Coarsely chopped tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs) (About 1 Medium Sized)|
|Uncooked instant rice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Instant minced onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Instant beef bouillon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Mix all ingredients in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) 8 minutes; stir.
Cover and microwave until rice is tender and water is absorbed, 7 to 9 minutes longer.
