Pilaf With Tomatoes And Peppers

Ingredients
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Coarsely chopped tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs) (About 1 Medium Sized)
  Uncooked instant rice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Margarine/Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Instant minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Instant beef bouillon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix all ingredients in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) 8 minutes; stir.
Cover and microwave until rice is tender and water is absorbed, 7 to 9 minutes longer.
