Clam Pilaf

Ingredients
  Frozen cut green beans 9 Ounce (1 Package)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Potatoes 2 Medium, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Snipped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cooked wild rice 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Hot)
  Canned minced clams 13 Ounce, drained (2 Cans, 6 1/2 Ounce Each)
Directions

Unwrap beans and place on plate.
Microwave at High for 4 to 5 minutes, or until defrosted.
Drain.
Set aside.
In 2-quart casserole, combine butter, olive oil, potatoes, onion, parsley, salt, thyme and pepper.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 6 to 8 minutes, or until potatoes are tender, stirring after every 2 minutes.
Stir in beans, wild rice and clams.
Re-cover.
Reduce power to 70% (Medium High).
Microwave for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes, or until heated through, stirring after half the time.
