Peanut Pilaf

Ingredients
  Water 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Medium grain rice 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, snipped
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Peanut butter 2 Tablespoon
  Instant chicken bouillon granules 1 Teaspoon
  Peanuts 2 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

In a small saucepan combine water, rice, pars-ley, margarine or butter, peanut butter, and bouillon granules.
Bring to boiling.
Reduce the heat, then simmer, covered, for 15 minutes; do not lift the cover.
Remove from the heat.
Stir in peanuts.
Let stand, covered, for 10 minutes.
Fluff rice with a fork.
