|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Hot water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Uncooked long grain rice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Instant chicken bouillon||1 Tablespoon|
Combine onion, celery, green pepper and margarine in 1-quart casserole.
Microwave at HIGH (100%) until vegetables are tender-crisp, 3 to 5 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients; cover.
Microwave at HIGH (100%) 5 minutes.
Reduce power to MEDIUM (50%).
Microwave until liquid is absorbed, 10 to 12 minutes.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
Fluff with fork before serving.
