Cracked Wheat Pilaf
|Cracked wheat||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Bulgar)|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Water||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)|
|Instant beef bouillon/Instant chicken bouillon||2 Teaspoon|
Cook and stir cracked wheat and onion in margarine until onion is tender, about 5 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer until wheat is tender but firm, 20 to 25 minutes.
