Cracked Wheat Pilaf

Ingredients
  Cracked wheat 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Bulgar)
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Water 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Instant beef bouillon/Instant chicken bouillon 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook and stir cracked wheat and onion in margarine until onion is tender, about 5 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer until wheat is tender but firm, 20 to 25 minutes.
