Bulgur Wheat Pilaf

|Bulgur wheat||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Onion||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Beef broth/Chicken broth||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Add bulgur wheat and chopped onion; brown lightly, stirring often.
Bring to boiling.
Cover; reduce heat and simmer about 20 minutes or until the bulgur wheat is done.
Season with salt and pepper.
