It does not take much time to make this Royal Blend Rice Pilaf. However, it is well worth the little effort you put in to make this Royal Blend Rice Pilaf. You will agree it is good!
|Chopped onion||180 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)|
|Margarine/Butter/ vegetable oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Chicken broth||355 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cups)|
|Rice||6 Ounce (180 Gram Package)|
|Celery||120 Milliliter, diced (1/2 Cup)|
|Parsley||15 Milliliter, minced (1 Tablespoon)|
|Dried thyme||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried sage||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
In large skillet, cook onion in margarine until golden.
Add broth, rice and celery; bring to boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15-20 minutes.
Stir in parsley, thyme, sage, and pepper.
Cover and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
