Ingredients
  Basmati rice 6 Ounce (Package 180 Gram)
  Water 480 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Carrot 80 Milliliter
  Grated ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pignolias/Slivered almonds 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
Directions

In a 2-quart saucepan, combine rice, water, carrot, ginger, cinnamon.
Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
Simmer, cover, for 20-30 minutes, or until rice is tender.
Stir in pignolias.
