|Long grain rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chicken broth||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Heat butter in 2-quart casserole at MEDIUM-LOW 1 minute, or until melted; stir in rice.
Cook at HIGH 2 to 3 minutes, or until rice is browned; Stir once.
Add remaining ingredients and cook covered, with lid, at HIGH 5 minutes and at MEDIUM-LOW 12 to 14 minutes, or until rice is tender.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
