Rice Pilaf With Curry Powder Seasoning

Rice Pilaf is a lovely and unique flavored dish that your taste buds will fall in love with. Surprise your guests at the next dinner party with this unique Rice Pilaf recipe.
Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Long grain rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Curry powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat butter in 2-quart casserole at MEDIUM-LOW 1 minute, or until melted; stir in rice.
Cook at HIGH 2 to 3 minutes, or until rice is browned; Stir once.
Add remaining ingredients and cook covered, with lid, at HIGH 5 minutes and at MEDIUM-LOW 12 to 14 minutes, or until rice is tender.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
