|Patna rice||6 Ounce|
|Cheese||8 Ounce (Grated / Diced)|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Pint|
Heat half the butter in pan.
Fry sliced onions until nearly soft.
Add skinned sliced tomatoes.
Cook for several minutes, then add water.
Bring to the boil, shake in the rice, season well and cook until tender (approximately 15-20 minutes), stir well as mixture thickens.
Meanwhile, fry mushrooms in rest of the butter.
Stir cheese into rice mixture.
Pile on to hot dish surrounded with mushrooms.
