Peas Pulao

This recipe can be easily modified by replacing peas with a vegetable of your choice.
Ingredients
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Zeera 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon (Assorted)
  Bay leaf 1
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Basmati rice 1 Cup (16 tbs), soaked
  Peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Heat oil and add bay leaf, garam masala and zeera. Now, add onions.
Fry onions until golden brown.
Add peas and fry. Add water, salt and bring it to boil.
Then add rice. Let it boil and cook until water evaporates.
Now, close it and let it cook for some time. Keep fire on low.
Peas pulau is ready.
