Shrimp Pilaf

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thinly sliced
  Green pepper 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), diced
  Instant rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Hot water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned tomato sauce 16 Ounce (2 Cans Of 8 Ounce Each)
  Seasoned salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned shrimp 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

In 2 quart casserole, place butter, onion and green pepper.
Microwave at high (10) 4 to 5 minutes; stir after 2 minutes.
Add rice, water, tomato sauce, seasoned salt, pepper, mustard and shrimp.
Mix well.
Microwave at high (10) 9 to 11 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes.
