Ingredients
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Green onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced (Along With Tops)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Cooked long grain rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Grated lemon rind 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Saute onions and celery in butter until tender; add rice and seasoning; toss.
Cook 2 minutes
