|Vermicelli||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use Raw Ones)|
|Hot chicken broth||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Raw brown rice||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Sprinkle)|
1. Break vermicelli into 1-inch or 2-inch pieces and brown in 1/2 cup chicken broth until it takes on a golden color.
2. Add rice and stir lightly until rice is crisp.
3. Pour in hot chicken broth. Cover. Simmer over low heat for about 60 minutes.
