Macaroni And Mushroom Pilaf
|Fresh mushrooms||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dehydrated onion flakes||1 Teaspoon|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooked enriched elbow macaroni/Spaghetti||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Instant chicken broth and seasoning mix||1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)|
Cook mushrooms and onion flakes in 1/2 cup of the water in a small uncovered saucepan.
When water boils away, let mushrooms brown lightly.
Add macaroni, remaining water and broth mix, and continue cooking till most of the liquid evaporates or bake the browned mushrooms with all other ingredients at 350Â° F. for 25 minutes.
