Barbecued Pig Tails

Ingredients
  Pig tail 7 Pound
  Beef consomme soup 1 Can (10 oz) (1 Tin)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ketchup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic powder/2 garlic cloves 1 Teaspoon
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Mix well, cover and roast for 2 hours at 350°F.
Remove lid and bake for another 2 hours.
Baste for the last 2 hours.
