Lime Delight Pie
|9 inch chocolate cookie crust||1|
|Water||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Lime gelatin||4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lime juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Frozen whipped topping||1 Liter, thawed (Prepared)|
|Green food coloring||5 Drop|
In medium glass mixing bowl, bring water to a boil on high (9).
Stir in gelatin until dissolved.
Chill until partially set.
Whip gelatin until fluffy; adding sugar, lime and lemon juices.
Fold in whipped topping.
Add green food coloring, if desired.
Pour into cooled crust.
Chill before serving.
